We are looking for an Infrastructure Services Manager in our ITS team. You be responsible for planning, organising and managing a staff team and for the integrity of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This will include developing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing key functional areas such as network infrastructure, server infrastructure and telecommunications systems.
You will also be involved in the provision of end-user services through the IT service desk and desktop support teams.
We are currently in the process of outsourcing major parts of the MHP infrastructure and, as such, you would also be responsible for managing key vendor relationships.
You should have extensive experience as a Services Manager or senior Infrastructure Manager with experience of managing a large multi-discipline staff team. You would also need a sound knowledge of Service Management tools and possess an ITIL Foundation Certificate and PRINCE2 Foundation qualification.
A major manufacturer’s technical qualification such as Microsoft, Cisco or Novell would be an advantage, as would an ITIL Service Management Certificate or PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
On a technical level we would be looking for Service lifecycle management (ITIL V2 or V3), experience of Process and Organisational design and development, as well as Project delivery and implementation. Infrastructure, desktop, operating system, application expertise would also be beneficial.

Benefits: You will be entitled to a base of 25 days paid annual leave plus eight English Public Statutory Holidays.
Location: The Grange, Southgate, London, however, you would be required to work from any one of our offices in North London, Cambridge and Nottingham.
Salary: £54,336 - £71,778 per annum, plus 4.5% Performance Related Pay.
