The Neighbourhood Officer will be responsible for delivering a high quality service to a defined patch of neighbourhoods within the Ashmole Estate, in South London. They will be providing a housing management service which should maximise customer satisfaction to a range of customers including leaseholders, freeholders, tenants, stakeholders and partners achieving performance targets and protecting MHP assets. They will represent MHP for all its services including the standards of MHT estates and MHT group schemes.

Candidates applying for this role must have the following essential criteria:
• Knowledge of Leasehold and Housing Law, Leasehold & Neighbourhood management
issues, and good practice
• Housing or equivalent qualification or experience of working in housing or
related field
• Experience of spreadsheet, WP and other IT packages
• Current driving license and use of a car
• Willingness to work out of hours to attend meetings and other events
