We are looking for an After Sales and Asset Management Administrator who will be primarily responsible for the processing of Shared Equity Initiatives and Housing Options Plus after sales transactions (including any new initiatives that may be introduced) and Shared Ownership staircasing and associated transactions.
It is essential the successful candidate has good computer skills with experience of Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint, including experience in Mail Merge (in-house training will be given). You will have excellent administrative Skills, very good customer service skills and will have experience of working with a team and across teams.
It is desirable that your Microsoft Word and Excel skills are excellent and would be advantageous to your application if you could type approximately 40-50 word speed per minute.
