We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join our busy yet friendly team based at MHT house, Clapham Common and Alexander place, New Southgate. If you are successful in gaining this position you will be offered a full time permanent contract working 35 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position you will be required to travel frequently to other London business addresses, including those of local authorities and other business partners.
Your main purpose in this challenging yet interesting position will be to provide a tenant focused approach to the delivery and project administration support for the Planned & Cyclical Works Programmes, which meet’s resident and MHP needs.
To be successful in gaining this position it is essential that you have excellent communication and customer care skills. It is also essential that you have a basic technical knowledge of maintenance contracts and repair processes, the ability to work within a Team environment whilst providing support/cover for other colleagues and the ability to produce reports.
You will also possess an Intermediate level of computer literacy including use of Windows, Excel, E Mail & other software packages and an excellent understanding of administrative systems
Also due to the nature of the role it is also essential that you have a basic understanding of data & survey collection, together with an ability to produce simple reports & statistical information.
It would be desirable if you possessed previous working experience within Social Housing Area, a driving license and/or an understanding of Section 20 process & CLARA.
